the funniest thing just happened to me while i was explaining to a customer on the phone, the reason why her account got suspended. in the middle of that explanation, (which until now, never fails to amuse me no end, me since i cannot remember what her issue was anymore. haha) i THINK that i had flalen asleep for a few seconds, only to find myself mumbling about something about the antenna of her phone, and a burger (?!?!?!) and i swear her issue didnt concern anything even remotely close to...
